Since discovering Santa Teresa in 2013, Rachel fell in love with the lifestyle, nature and culture. Join her and her Golden Retriever, Hurley, for guided experiences to get the local scoop on this coastal town and the surrounding areas. Choose from these offered packages or create your own by choosing your favorite experiences. She is fluent in English, Spanish and learning Portuguese.
Full Moon Surf
Surf as the full moon sets into the ocean and the sun rises from behind the mountains $180
includes transportation and surf board rental (minimum intermediate surfing level required)
Intermediate Surf Package
Take your surfing to the next level, exploring the best waves in the peninsula and training your breath and body.
$350 includes three guided surf sessions (transportation and surf board rental), two apnea training sessions and two surf-specific physical training sessions (developed by professionals). Minimum intermediate surfing level required.
Elemental Immersion
Connect to the elements within and around you through a private yoga class in the jungle and a tide pool tour $150
includes transportation, private yoga, tide pool tour and a special surprise
Cascada & Casado
Explore the waterfalls (cascadas) at our neighboring town, followed by a typical Costa Rican lunch (casado) at a beachfront restaurant where monkeys and tropical birds frequently visit. $150
includes transportation (~1hr. drive), Montezuma waterfall tour, and the best casado in Santa Teresa
Buenos Dias Package
Enjoy a 7am group yoga class followed by a typical Costa Rican breakfast, the best gallo pinto in Santa Teresa. $50
